We want you to enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience at Clubmall. If you're not satisfied, we’ll help you return or replace your product.
📅 Return Policy Duration
- 7 Days: Most items can be returned within 15 days from delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
📦 How to Initiate a Return

- Include Order ID, product name, and issue description (with photos if damaged)
🚚 Return Shipping
You’ll bear the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Use a trackable courier – we’re not responsible for lost returns.
💸 Refund Process
- Refund issued only after QC of returned item.
- If approved, refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
- If denied, we’ll share the reason via email.
🔁 Exchanges & 🛑 Cancellations
- Exchanges only for the same product (size/color) if in stock.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- After shipping, return process must be used.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened personal care products, software, or gift cards.
- Consumables like batteries and screen guards after opening.
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos/videos of damage to support@clubmall.in
- We’ll arrange refund/replacement at no extra cost.
💡 Refund on Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale/clearance items are refundable only if defective.
