📅 Return Policy Duration

  • 7 Days: Most items can be returned within 15 days from delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  • Include Order ID, product name, and issue description (with photos if damaged)

🚚 Return Shipping

You’ll bear the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Use a trackable courier – we’re not responsible for lost returns.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refund issued only after QC of returned item.
  • If approved, refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
  • If denied, we’ll share the reason via email.

🔁 Exchanges & 🛑 Cancellations

  • Exchanges only for the same product (size/color) if in stock.
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • After shipping, return process must be used.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care products, software, or gift cards.
  • Consumables like batteries and screen guards after opening.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos of damage to support@clubmall.in
  • We’ll arrange refund/replacement at no extra cost.

💡 Refund on Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale/clearance items are refundable only if defective.
