1. Product Availability

All products listed on Clubmall.in are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after order placement, we will inform you immediately and provide alternatives or a full refund.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with order details. Kindly verify and contact us in case of any issue.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking ID will be shared as soon as the product is shipped.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are inclusive of GST. We accept secure online payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD on select products).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If already shipped, cancellations won’t be allowed — you may request a return or replacement as per our return policy.
